Hi, I’m Meghan
After graduating with a degree in marketing, while my peers were landing internships in the corporate space, I was boarding a plane to get my yoga teacher certification on a sun-kissed beach in Mexico. I’ve always been a bit of a rebel when it comes to career and lifestyle and while it has certainly presented challenges along the way, I am on a trailblazing mission to help women design more intentional lives and businesses.
Today, I own a strategy and design company that allows me to do work I love with people and industries that I’m genuinely drawn to. I have merged the worlds of wellness and business so that I don’t have to burn out on a quest for a better life. I set the rules, I do the work and I get to be present for what matters most. And this is exactly what I want for you, too.
When I’m not at my desk you can find me chasing after my spirited toddler, squeezing in a yoga flow or spin class, or browsing Pinterest for home renovation ideas for our Boston suburb fixer upper.
